Me trying to be as awesome as xxppinkxx. Don't laugh at me.
My 2nd day job is at my towns Chamber of Commerce. Yesterday, we had our member appreciation catfish fry. Some local firefighters were frying up a couple hundred pounds of Texas catfish, hushpuppies (fried cornbread), and crinkle fires. There was a DJ playing country and polka music. ahhh Catfish has the tendency to taste muddy because that's where they live (i think) lol Don't listen to me though. I'm one of those people that acts like I always know what I'm talking about...and everyone always believes me. My boyfriend and family have a wealth of incorrect knowledge that I've told them. But that's what they get for not using Google.
ANYWAYS, this batch of catfish was pretty good. I prefer most fish to catfish though...catfish is cheap and tastes accordingly. The coleslaw was super sweet and had a vinegar base (not creamy)...I didn't like it. The hushpuppies were good though. Mannn...cornbread...ain't nothing wrong with that (There's NOO sex in the champagne room btw).

The Poof is Awesome!!!...its a rocking look for you doll!....did you find it easy to do???how have you been? finally get to see you after a million years and your looking great!...school has got you tied up eh? fried fish was my favorite food as a kid...but yeah i hear you on the taste of cat fish...it def. not my fish of choice...i love cod, seabass, and trout...
i have to say you have a palate...i can taste anything off by the tip of my tounge...

I'm not laughing. It actually looks nice. :) I don't eat catfish. We used to catch them for my aunt (she loves them. especially grilled) when I was young. :) I really love tilapia though. :)

yeah cat fish is'nt the best. my dad used to make a good catfish though. it was a vietnamese dish. the fish would be super flavorful and soft. other than that i don't really care for cat fish.
